Whether you’re new to MediClick Pharmacy or a returning customer, here are answers to the most common questions about our service, treatments, and how we work.

MediClick Pharmacy is a UK-registered online pharmacy offering prescription treatments following an online consultation. All consultations are reviewed by licensed UK prescribers, and medication is dispensed by a regulated pharmacy.
Is your service legal and regulated?
Yes. We operate under UK regulations. All prescribers are GMC-registered, and our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Do I need a prescription?
No need to visit your GP — our online consultation allows our clinicians to issue a private prescription if the treatment is suitable for you.
How do I place an order?
- Select your treatment
- Complete a short online consultation
- Our prescriber reviews your answers
- If approved, we dispense and deliver your order
How long does the consultation take?
Most consultations take just a few minutes to complete. You’ll be asked about your symptoms, medical history, and any current medications.
Can I speak to someone if I have a question?
Yes – our support team is available via email or the contact form on our website. For clinical questions, we may refer you to one of our prescribers.
What if my treatment isn’t approved?
If your consultation isn’t approved, we’ll let you know why and no payment will be taken.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We offer several UK delivery options including Tracked 24 and Guaranteed Next Day. Orders approved before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same day.
Will the packaging be discreet?
Yes – all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents or MediClick Pharmacy.
Can I track my order?
Yes – once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. All personal and medical data is stored securely and handled in strict confidence. We do not share your information with third parties.
Are the medications genuine?
Yes – all medicines are sourced from UK-licensed wholesalers and dispensed by a regulated pharmacy.
What if I experience side effects?
Stop using the medication and contact your GP or NHS 111. You should also notify our team so we can update your medical record.
Can I reorder medication?
Yes – as long as your medical condition hasn’t changed, you can reorder by completing a follow-up consultation.
